Our Reflexology course is designed to teach you how to competently perform one of the most in-demand holistic therapy massages within the industry, as well as incorporating the theoretical knowledge behind reflexology, and the various massage movements required for this particular treatment. Proven to be a beneficial method of assisting bodily healing, promoting well-being and diagnosing ailments within the body, this massage technique has become increasingly popular with clients of all ages.

Course Duration

2 days. The course duration is 5.5 hours per day, you will attend from 9.30 am – 3.30 pm with a short break for lunch. Please arrive at 9.15 am for a prompt course start.

Course Structure

A training manual will be sent to you to learn as soon as payment is received, this must be studied as your knowledge will be tested on Day 1 as we recap all morning, and in the afternoon a demonstration will take place. Day 2 will consist of practical training all day with a 30-minute break for lunch.
Models Required

You will need 1 model for the morning and 1 model for the afternoon.
